1)HOW TO INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN A JOB INTERVIEW:-

  

   Well, My name is XXXX. I am from Muzaffar Nagar

 district in Uttar Pradesh.

 I am pursuing B-Tech from the College of Engineering Roorkee in Information Technology. Prior to this, I completed my 10th and 12th from the CBSE board with 95% and 80% respectively.

Along with my degree, I have been actively participating in coding competitions which help me learn Data Structure and algorithms in deep.

Also, I learn backend web frameworks, like Django and flask which really helped me to build my final year project.

I love to read about space and play cricket.
My strengths are hard work and persistence.

 This is all about me.

2)WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU:-

     

1.Sir, I had studied the job description, I storngly believe that I have necessary skills, qualities and Courage to excel here. I learn the job quickly and start contributing positively to the team. I assure you that if you hire me, I will not let you down.

    

2.As a fresher, I'm interested in learning new things. But as a student I am learning theriotically but I am waiting for an opportunity to implement in practical way. If you will hire me then I will do my level best.

   

3.As a fresher, I am interested in enhancing my knowledge and learning new things. As a student, I learn things theoretically but I am waiting for the opportunity to learn things practically. I am not having enough experience and not had an opportunity to prove myself so I need good organization like yours to prove myself and also develop my skills and I also want to be a part of your organisation to achieve my short-term goals.

3)WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEEKNESS:-

  

   1.  My strength is I'm a self-motivated, quick learner person and I am eager to learn a new thing based        on         the company and so I have good communication skills so people can easily interact with me.        Spreading a positive attitude based on my behavior.

     

My weakness is being too patient, being too honest is my weakness and I feel uncomfortable when my work without complete in a given time. So that, when I try to destroy my weakness that time, will be a great improvement of my life carrier.

     Sir, It's a growing /reputed company in our country. As for as I have heard about it, the work environment   is amazing, people really feel proud of work here.

     

2.As I am a fresher and want to join your reputed company to improve my skills, my knowledge and to see how much I am capable of serving my best to your company with my hard works. 5)HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT WORKING NIGHT SHIFTS AND WEEKENDS?

  

    

1.I don't think so that time decided our skills that we want to enhance, as I am able to work in any environment. Moreover, the night shift excites me more because at night there is the next level of peace so that you can concentrate on your work properly and deliver your work before the deadline.

2.Sir, there is no time slot to learn new things and explore myself because we are coming to learn New things and enhance knowledge.

        

3.  I don't mind it's night, day or weekends. I ready to work any shifts and happy to explore my skills       and       knowledge.

6)CAN YOU WORK UNDER PRESSURE?

    

       

1)Yes, I can work under pressure by taking it as a challenge. Because it's a chance to showcase your ability and creativity. It's totally depend on your mindset that how we take it. If you love to do work then we don't feel it as a pressure. And of we are open to learn new things, it is easy to work under pressure.

    

2)Yes, When our work completed was delayed, I coordinated with the entire team to get the schedule back on track. We troubleshot the issue and solved the problem. Upon further investigation, I found out the lack of proper communication and restriction knowledge among a few team members was the main issue. This challenge taught me that along with technology proper communication is also crucial to drive the completion of work.
